2010 “Destination Transformation” Fitness Competition…

Home Team Fitness First Body Transformation contest begins January 11th and runs through March 6th. This contest if for anyone serious about looking better naked. If making 2010 your year to shine is your goal, then keep reading.

Here are the rules: There is a one-time entry fee of $50.00. We are asking everyone who enters the contest to please tell us in 300 words or more why you entered the competition and a final essay how the competition changed your life (Goals are better reached when we write them down). Each participant must be present for a before and after picture done by Anderson Photography. Each competitor must have all measurements and weigh ins done by HTF. You must use the provided program, designed exclusively for our Destination Transformation competitors. Each member must be present for weekly coaching calls. The best yet…you must be present for the first Destination Transformation Rally and Kickoff event as well as the Finale.

How do you win?: Winner will be determined by greatest percent of body fat lost within the 8 week time frame, and greatest lifestyle change based on content detailed in pre and post competition essays.

Grand Prize: The grand prize winner will recieve a night’s stay in a jacuzzi suite at the Clarion Hotel (clarionhagerstown.com), a one-hour massage at Body Works Massage Center (bodyworksmassagecenter.com), a year free gym membership at Anytime Fitness anytimefitness.com), a year free of personal training with Home Team Fitness (hometeamfitness.net), a professional photo shoot at Anderson Photography (andersonphotographs.com), dinner for two at a partner restaurant and finally $250 CASH!
