What can I tell you? The Bob are rockin it in Metabolic Mayhem and having fun doing it. Blake with his reverse jumprope technique (see he, that is, well…anyway), and covert distraction tactics are pretty hilarious. Over all, these fine young (Crazy Bob not so young) men and women are crushing it, and I expect will be in pretty awesome shape by the tim I’m done whuppin on ‘em.
