In my Sept 6 Herald Mail column, I talked about wht I consider to be some of the worse “ab trainers” found on TV. I wanted to show you the infomercials that go along with these horrible, and ineffective pieces of equipmet.

This thing actually sold a few hundered thousand units. And the country is still fat. Any questions? There are a TON more I could have showed you, but you’d be here all day. George Peppard as Hannibal from the A-Team

I love it when a plan comes together...

 ”I love it when a plan comes together”. When i heard those words back in the 80′s, it usually meant the A-Team” had just kicked butt and took a few names. Colonel John “Hannibal” Smith always had the solution to whatever problem the team found themselves in. They executed the plan with brilliance, and always won the day even against hordes of suit-wearing thugs with guns (80′s suits weren’t that far from the 70′s variety, ugh).

I’m very excited to be Mike Doub’s “Hannibal” in his A-Team.
