TRX Suspension System For Hagerstown Personal Training
Posted by: | CommentsThe TRX Suspension system is one of the best fitness tools currently on the market. If you aren’t using it yet, well…start. I am a pretty strong guywith a 430 pound squat, 440 pound deadlift, and 300 pound bench press. But using the TRX is a whole different animal.
The unit creates hundreds of ways to use your bodyweight for resistance. You can make it as simple or as difficult as you need to by making a few quick adjustments. I use this equipment to challenge my clients and get a lot of work done in minimal time.
The beauty of it is that you can use it literally anywhere! I’ve used it attached to a smith machine, a tree, a football goalpost, and in hotel rooms. Literally ANYWHERE!
